Home golfer James Kariuki returned triumphantly from a lengthy sabbatical to secure victory at The Murdoch University Open - Clubnite on Wednesday at the picturesque par-71 Muthaiga Golf Club course.

This impressive performance came amidst a backdrop of reflection and mourning for the club members, following the recent passing of one of their esteemed long-serving members, Senior Counsel Judy Thongori.
