Butit basks in Eldoret glory as Maiyo claims Captain's Prize at Kericho

Eldoret-based businessman Amos Butit sank a rare birdie amid a heavy downpour to emerge the overall winner of the second leg of the 2023 KCB East Africa Golf Tour played at the Eldoret Golf Club course on Saturday.

Though the course was flooded and hard to navigate, the handicap 18 golfer was able to card an excellent 40 stable ford points to claim the title in the daylong event graced by 112 players.
