FC Talanta opened a four-point gap between them and the chasing pack after edging out Muranga Seals 2-0 in the National Super League matches played over the weekend.

The victory saw Talanta stretch their lead to top the standings to 47 points with their 14th win of the campaign and with a game in hand.
