Nicola Traldi has through his lawyer asked the court to allow a second medical examination of his ex-girlfriend Chantal Grazioli, following claims that he assaulted her and broke her left leg. Chantal, who is also Eric Omondi’s ex, reported the assault at Kiambu Police Station under OB NO 5/17/6/22 and recorded a police statement saying the businessman attacked her with a rungu that left her leg broken.

Speaking to The Nairobian, Oscar Ogilo of Odindo & Company advocate said, “My client was charged with grievous harm and the charges were that he allegedly assaulted Miss Chantal.
