A Sh6 billion debt and delayed release of schools' distribution list are the reason your child has not been supplied with textbooks, several weeks after opening.

Delayed release of the report by the Presidential Working Party on Education Reforms, which will advise whether all subjects would be retained in the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC), has also caused uncertainty.
