Okwiri, Makawa ready to rumble in WABA title fight

After defeating Tanzania's Ally Ndaro in a non-title fight in January, former Africa Boxing Union super middleweight champion Rayton 'Boom Boom' Okwiri is now ready for a title fight this time round.

Okwiri, 36, is set to face Chikonde Makawa of Malawi in a World Alliance Boxing Association (WABA) - Africa super middleweight title-fight at Nyayo Stadium on September 9.
