Arsenal maintained their positive start to the Premier League, securing a 1-0 victory over Everton on Sunday.

Martinelli had an earlier goal disallowed due to a marginal offside against Eddie Nketiah. Despite Arsenal's dominance, Everton managed only one shot on target throughout the match.
