Justine Ongere played out all his hearts to emerge the overall winner of the Kenya Navy Golf Club's Captain Maj.Epapra Lagat golf tournament played at the Sea-Link par 71 Mombasa Golf Club course in Mombasa County on Saturday.
Ongere playing off handicap 19 posted an excellent 47 stable ford points to beat a team of 101 golfers in the day long tournament jointly sponsored by Crown paints, Stanbic Bank, Dalbit, Kenya Navy, and Friends of the Captain.
