Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde has reportedly told Munir El Haddadi that he will not play for the Catalan giants again.

The out-of-favour striker's contract is set to expire this at the end of the season, alerting both Premier League and La Liga clubs to his availability.

Sevilla have reportedly already sorted a pre-contract agreement with the 23-year-old, but West Ham have also been name-dropped as a side apparently taking a closer look at El Haddadi.

According to Spanish publication Marca, the forward had a meeting with his boss Valverde ahead of Barcelona's clash with Getafe on Sunday, which they won 2-0.

El Haddadi was allegedly told he is no longer in first team contention, and as a result has turned down a new contract with Barcelona.

The striker now apparently has his heart set on a move away from the Catalan club, where he hopes to revive his career elsewhere with regular football.

El Haddadi has made just 11 appearances in all competitions for the La Liga champions this season, scoring just twice.

His first goal this campaign came in a 1-1 draw with Athletic Bilbao back in September, while his second was in the 4-1 win over Cultural Leonesa in the Copa Del Rey.
