Barcelona have reportedly agreed terms with Paul Pogba as they step up their bid to land the Manchester United star.

The La Liga champions have had an offer of £45million plus Yerry Mina and Andre Gomes rejected.

But according to reports in Italy, the player has already agreed terms with Barcelona.

Should United eventually accept an offer, Pogba would earn €100m (£100m) over five years at the Nou Camp.

Although the Premier League transfer window closes on Thursday afternoon, Barcelona will have until the end of the month to sign Pogba.

The World Cup winning midfielder returned to United in 2016 following a spell in Italy with Juventus.

But he has struggled to settle under Jose Mourinho with his displays for France this summer simply highlighting his ineffectiveness for his club last season.

United are interested in signing Mina as they look to reinforce their defensive options but are also considering offers for Tottenham's Toby Alderweireld and Bayern Munich's Jerome Boateng.

Everton and Lyon are also chasing Mina who is expected to leave Barcelona despite only joining in January.

Gomes is another who has been told he can leave the Nou Camp during this window.
