Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly planning a bold and audacious move to snap up Chelsea’s playmaker and fan favourite Eden Hazard in the coming summer window, British media have revealed.

The Express UK indicates that the Portuguese coach believes that he can pip Real Madrid and Paris Saint German to the decorated Belgian hitman, and he is said to be arming himself with £90million as the fee for the player.

Hazard is yet to agree on a new deal with the London-based club. Chelsea is reported to have tabled £300, 000 a week contract for the player, but he is said to be determined to move to another club for a new test.

Mourinho believes that a player of Hazard’s stature is the missing piece in Red Devil’s squad and that is why he is planning to re-unite with his former player at Manchester.

Chelsea would be very unwilling to sell their best player to a direct rival in the same league. Even though Man United have signed two players from Chelsea in Juan Mata and Nemanja Matic, getting Hazard to wear Manchester United jersey will only attract huge fees, but also backlash from Blues fans.

Other teams such as Real Madrid and Barcelona may have upper hand in getting the services of the Belgian due to the fact that he has maintained voicing out his desire to win the champions league.
