Chelsea defender David Luiz has been sidelined with a knee injury that he recently picked up in training. Meanwhile, he has discovered a new ‘career ‘at Stamford Bridge, to which his teammates are the beneficiaries. The Brazilian defender has shown that he is a good barber off the pitch.

Luiz was pictured shaving Belgian playmaker Eden Hazard at the club’s training ground Cobham, after which Hazard went ahead to post the picture on his Instagram page. He referred to Luiz as the “new Cobham barber, “eliciting widespread reactions. The jokey Hazard then went ahead to close his comments with “don’t try this at home” tagline.

The future of David Luiz has been the subject of speculation where many people have been doubting his long-term stay at the London club. The former PSG defender is said to have fallen out with his boss Antonio Conte after he criticized the Italian’s tactics after the 3-0 loss against Roma at the end of October.

Conte has since found a new choice in Andreas Christensen who has performed well in the three-man defense alongside English defender Gary Cahill and the Spanish counterpart Caesar Azpilicueta. The Brazilian has been linked with a move to Real Madrid and Barcelona in the winter transfer window in January.
