Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has agreed to ditch the club and join Inter Milan this summer, according to a report.

Sports news outlet Tuttosport claims the coach wants to return to Italy after suffering from homesickness in London.

Conte has taken the Premier League by storm in his first season in England and looks set to clinch the crown at the first attempt.

However is said to be ready to turn down the chance to lead the Blues into the Champions League in favour of a move to the San Siro.

Conte’s Chelsea contract runs until 2019 and Inter would have to negotiate a big compensation package to get the former Italy manager.
