Metropolitan rugby 15s champions Upper Hill ‘Uppah’ won their second match of the competition with a 14-3 win over Bungoma High booking their place in the semi-finals.

Uppah had humiliated Aberdare Region’s Mang’u 29-3 in their opening match. Bungoma on the other hand had a convincing 57-9 win over St Georges from Coast.
