Maendeleo ya Wanaume’s Nderitu Njoka has been arrested for allegedly obtaining money by false pretense.

Njoka was yesterday arrested in Maralal by police after allegedly conning 14 prospective tenants in Maralal town of Sh284,000 on pretext that he was the owner of business stalls in the town and had gone to collect rent.
