Man impregnates his 13 year old daughter

Residents of Kimumu are in shock after a 13-year-old girl revealed that her father has been defiling her and she is now three months pregnant with his child.

The class six pupil at Moi Marula Primary School said her father begun defiling her in January 2014 and has all along been threatening her with dire consequences should she disclose the incident to anyone.

The minor also faulted the mother who kept warning her not to disclose the matter saying it will humiliate her father's "moral standing in society".

The sordid saga, however, came to an end after area Chief William Sang confronted the man who admitted to committing the act and asked to have the matter settled "locally".

Chief Sang had the man arrested and locked up at Kapsoya Police Post where he is waiting to be arraigned in court today.
