Dele Alli hands Tottenham an injury blow with recurrence of hamstring problem

Dele Alli is set to miss Tottenham’s Champions League clash with Barcelona.

Tottenham midfielder Dele is out of tomorrow’s trip to Huddersfield with a flare-up of a hamstring problem.

But Dele is also now a doubt for the Barcelona game next Wednesday with Gareth Southgate set to name his next England squad the following day.

Dele has just returned from injury which forced him to withdraw during the last England get together.

But after a starring role in the Carabao Cup win over Watford in midweek - in which he captain Spurs in the fixture played at MK Dons, he has suffered a recurrence of the problem.

Alli only returned from his initial problem last weekend, appearing as a late substitute in the win over Brighton .

He had missed the defeats to both Liverpool and Inter Milan.
