Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero has said he will only allow the anti-graft agency to access his bank accounts if it specified the period under scrutiny.
Dr Kidero said he has been operating the accounts for 33 years and that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission cannot scrutinise the accounts from the time they were opened."I have had taccounts for 33 years. You can't scrutinise an account from 1983 to 2016. Let them say the period for which they want them and what they are investigating according to the law, and they will get it," he said.
