IOC under scrutiny as NOCK affiliates cry foul on deadline day over draft Constitution

The International Olympic Committee’s commitment to resolving the stalemate at its troubled Kenyan affiliate is expected to come under scrutiny this week as the deadline to submit a negotiated Constitution elapses today.

Late last year, IOC directed that a final draft of the Constitution under the guidance of National Olympic Committee of Kenya in consultation with its members be submitted to them no later than today, January 9, for final review and prior approval.
