Government delays trigger fears of Grade 10 textbook crisis

A crisis could be in the offing for the grade 10 learners, as the government delays the disbursement of funds for publishing and printing textbooks.

At the time of enrollment, the government had not released funds for the grade 10 textbooks, adding a strain on the already existing Sh5.4 billion pending bills, for grade 8 and 9 textbooks.
