Telecommunications firm Safaricom says some of its services will be partially suspended on Saturday, May 20 from 11.00 pm to Sunday, May 21, at 4.00 am.
In a statement on Friday, May 19, the company announced that they will be carrying out planned system maintenance and that their customers should prepare in advance.
The M-Pesa and Safaricom apps are among some of the services that will be affected during the five-hour maintenance.
“We will be carrying out planned system maintenance on the evening of Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 11 pm to 4 am Sunday, May 21. During the maintenance, the services will be available intermittently,” Safaricom said.
