On December 25, 2019, Faith Shimila left the joy of the festive season and boarded a plane to Saudi Arabia in search of green pastures to fend for her six children.

She was promised a monthly salary of Sh30,000 as a house help by the recruitment agency and upon arrival at Riyath Airport, she was received by a driver who took her to her employer identified as Raeed Al Anazi.
