Man kills woman he claims assaulted

age has murdered his girlfriend for allegedly biting off his private parts.

The suspect stabbed the woman, 28, several times in the chest during the 3am incident. Neighbours who rushed to the scene, alerted the police.

Malindi OCPD Matawa Muchangi said the suspect, 40, had visited the deceased yesterday evening and spent the night at her residence. It was during the visit that the woman reportedly assaulted him.

"The woman died on arrival at the Malindi Sub-County Hospital," said the police chief.

Witnesses claimed the couple started a war of words at midnight before a fight ensured for the better part of the night.

Police now suspect the man stabbed the woman in retaliation.
