Dopers and their accomplices will face stiffer penalties once the Anti-Doping Bill 2016 is passed into law.

The Bill, which seeks to curb the use of performance-enhancing substances among sports personalities, has proposed a fine not exceeding Sh1 million or imprisonment for not more than three years for offenders.
