NAIROBI: Seven months after the devastating terrorist attack at Garissa University College that killed 147 people, Catherine Alice Malita, 20, is optimistic that she will soon walk unaided.

Injuries sustained from bullets to her knees and legs during the terrorist attack have made ordinary tasks like moving her toes and walking briskly hard.
