KNUT accuses TSC of betrayal in a deal to withdraw all court cases between them

A union has accused Teachers Service Commission (TSC) of treachery in another brewing legal fight over the 2015 strike.

Kenya National Union of Teachers (Knut) in a letter by Wilson Sossion said it withdrew all cases it had against TSC but the commission decided to challenge the legality of the strike in court.
