Should my brothers who fought and injured my father pay for his treatment?

HELP THIS MAN

I have seven brothers. My father married two wives who all bore sons. Four of my brothers are well-educated and working in the city. The other three are school dropouts and live in the village with my father. My father has always been clear that he will leave us all equal portions of his land upon his death and he will show us these portions when he feels the time is right. Recently, however, my three brothers in the village decided that since they are unemployed and have wives and children to feed, they must be allocated their land immediately. This row has gone on for many years and we have always silenced them with a stern warning. Two weeks ago, they were involved in a brawl and my father was injured. Who should foot his medical bill?
