A man allegedly killed his uncle to take over his house, the High Court sitting in Kakamega heard yesterday.
The court heard that prior to his death, Lawrence Ashiomo Kamayi had wanted to evict his nephew Humfrey Madede Kamayi from his house at Shishwa village in Kakamega East sub-county.
