The High Court has issued an injunction order stopping Chama Cha Uzalendo Party leader Wavinya Ndeti and three others from acting as officials until an application contesting the rightful ownership is heard and determined.

Lady Justice Njoki Mwangi issued a temporary restraining order to Ndeti, Philipe Sadia and Caroline Malinda from further publishing, broadcasting and distributing information on any media.

CCU chair Maur Bwanamaka had filed the application dated February 17, barring Wavinya from transacting any business on behalf of the party. The case will be heard on March 20. -Joackim Bwana
