Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko has vowed that he will not settle for “fall guys” in the prosecution of the twin National Youth Service scams.
Tobiko, who spoke to The Standard on Sunday yesterday, said he is determined to prosecute the right people, hence the reason he returned the file on the theft of Sh712 million.
