AFC Leopards banned from signing players for two transfer windows

FIFA has banned Kenyan football club AFC Leopards from signing players for the next two transfer windows. 

This is after Ingwe failed to meet a 45-day deadline issued by the Dispute Chambers Resolution, concerning paying a reported Sh1.8 million debt they owed Rwandan midfielder Vincent Habamahoro.
