A sitting MP is being accused of only employing her relatives in the CDF office.
The legislator has reportedly employed all her brothers, their children and wives, a move that has been questioned by locals.
They now want the politician to at least bring on board other people – not just her relatives.
“We all voted for mheshimiwa, therefore some fairness is necessary,” a voter told PowerPlay.
“From his local offices, Nairobi offices, CDF… you name it, it’s only her relatives who are employed,” said a University graduate from her constituency.
Voters, mostly the youth, have vowed to teach the politician a lesson if she does not change her ways.
We are monitoring some of these closely and will take action against the legislator,” said a local, adding that politicians must know that voters, just like family members, deserve services.
