The sex-craving world of rich MCAs

Money and status have always been aphrodisiacs for those in power and MCAs are not an exception.

Male MCAs are reputed to have voracious sexual appetites, while some nominated MCAs are alleged to be dumping their husbands for ‘better men.’

“There are several MCAs who have deserted their families and spouses for colleagues, senior county officers or political godfathers,” a city MCA told The Nairobian.

In August 2014, Moses Kemei, a resident of Eldoret, discovered that his wife, a nominated MCA, was ‘sharing data’ with the county Information and Communication Technology boss.

Kemei had ‘hustled’ with her for close to a decade before she became a mheshimiwa. Last year, Victor Kimeu, a chicken seller in Ruiru accused a Kiambu MCA, George Gitau, of assault when he discovered he was having an affair with his wife, Mercy Mwende.

The matter is before a Thika court.

In Homa Bay, a nominated MCA was reportedly beaten up by her husband over an alleged affair with her senior. And in September 2013, Nairobi MCA Wilson Ocholla alleged that during county games, his colleagues were replacing players with their women, mistresses and girlfriends.
