You recall the Mini Cooper, a small car that was manufactured by British Motor Corporation (BMC) and its successors from 1959 until 2000? The car was embraced by British comedian Mr Bean.
Well, the Mini Cooper ‘returned’ to Kenyan roads in a spectacular way last Saturday when Daniel Ndambuki a.k.a Churchill led a group of Mini lovers on a Nairobi to Machakos car race.
The hilarious race which was flagged off at the Standard Group Centre marked the official launch of the new Masaku Sevens Rugby, a new rugby tournament which scrums off in Machakos next week.
Joined by a team of celebrated rugby hunks, the team met fans at Machakos Golf Club where new players kitties were unveiled.
