Gospel singer Mr Seed is back in studio and working on a new track with his close friend and musical counterpart Bahati weeks after being involved in a grisly road accident that claimed the life of his photographer, Ambroze Khan.

In a video doing rounds on social media, the seemingly improving singer is seen in studio jamming to a song alongside Bahati.

"A friend that understands your tears is much more important than one who only understands your smile," captioned the video.

The accident that occurred on Saturday of April 29, left the Only One crooner with a fractured pelvic and the loss of other individuals lives.

According to his wife Nimo, they were on their way to view land in Nanyuki when the unfortunate incident took place.

"The car they were in got into a bad accident we were slightly behind them when we saw a crowd surrounding the scene," she posted on her Instagram stories. "I don't know whether to be happy that some friends survived coz I can't stop crying because others lost their lives too."

"I just remember running and seeing them on the ground and begging him to wake up. Some good Samaritans helped and we took him to hospital," she wrote.

She went on to add that her husband was lucky to be alive and is grateful to God for saving his life.

"I can't believe my husband is alive. Never been this scared in my life. When they say miracles exist believe them. Seed is okay but in pain. Pray for us and the families of those who did not survive."

Also thanking God for sparing the lives of his friends, Mr Seed and DK kwenye Beat, was Bahati alongside his wife, Diana Marua who visited them in hospital where they were receiving treatment.

"Thanking God for the Lives of My Brothers & Musicians @Dkkwenyebeat, @Mrseedofficial, and 3 others who Yesterday were involved in a gruesome accident that also Claimed the Life of a Close Friend. Sending Love and Prayers to all the affected Families and to My Brothers as they go through the healing Process. It shall be well," shared Bahati.

The Starborn Empire studios founder was as a result put on a mandatory three week bed rest and opted to take a social media break to allow him time to recover.

"Going off social media for a while... Need to focus on myself and my health/mental health... Will be back soon, blessings. I love you my fans, see you soon," he wrote.
