It seems Nigerian artiste Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa-Donus, popularly known as Joeboy, was not impressed with his long-awaited performance at the Karen Hub on Saturday evening.

Sharing a snippet of his experience via Instagram, the Sip (Alcohol) singer thanked his Kenyans fans for making his show lit, before expressing his disappointment at the event’s organisers.

According to Joeboy, an unidentified guitarist almost ruined his show after showing up to the event drunk and “playing rubbish”.

"And to the drunk guitarist, f*** you for playing rubbish,” wrote Joeboy.

Despite the lit energy from Kenyan fans, the singer also complained about the sound’s quality, which almost messed up his show.

"Thank you Kenya! Sound was s*** but your energy was lit as always,” he said.

The singer was not impressed with the sound quality.

Joeboy performed alongside AFRIMA winner, Kenya’s finest Nikita Kering in the event dubbed Nairobi Afro Jam Festival.
