The famous Mombasa's Whitesands hotel 'Rhythm night club' is now under managed by Candy n Candy Records and it has been renamed Candy Rhythm night club. According to investigations conducted by Word Is ,the deal was sealed last Month and final reports made on last Friday, renovations and general outlook are estimated to cost Ksh 3.5millions. According to Whitesands Food and beverage manager Mr.Mike Kamau, revealed to Word Is that Joe Kariuki of Candy n Candy records was given a one Month to showcase his talents in music, this will therefore foresee if he will be in full signed agreement. "We received many interested partners including top recording labels but we only preferred Candy n Candy because of their seriousness in music industry, after a Month of serious business we will then determine whether to give them a full signed agreement or we deal away with," Kamau told Word Is during a phone interview But according to Candy n Candy CEO Joe Kariuki ,who was shocked on how the information was disclosed to media, proudly recommend that, Candy n Candy is a big recording label with full support and can manage the hotel's club. "I have nothing to worry, this a big recording company with all the machinery needed in terms of music industry is concerned. The club sound proof with a classic VIP room and can host up to 700 fans. Word Is has also established that the company is setting up several state of-the-art shops both in Nairobi and Mombasa to sell wears labeled candy, the label design was done in UK but manufacturing conducted in China.
