From the looks of her latest hair do - a neon loom band and rainbow braid ensemble - we'd say she's certainly feeling a little confused at least.
Yes, it looks like even Miley has joined the loom band craze and decided to tower as many as possible on to her blonde top knot.
The Wrecking Ball super-star was spotted sporting the colourful erm, style, in New York at the weekend.
While she often attracts stares for her controversial skimpy outfits it was her bizarre top-knot hair do that had heads turning.
But this time the 21-year-old singer wasn't exposing any nipples or butt-cheeks...for a change.
In fact, she was wearing a pretty conservative wardrobe of white, buttoned-up lace shirt, denim shorts and hot pink flat pumps.
Miley was in the Big Apple as part of her US Bangerz tour which has received good reviews so far.
Naturally, to celebrate she headed out on the town in Manhattan on Sunday to celebrate.
As well as sporting the strange hair style, reportedly, her after-show antics included peeing in the bushes encouraging one of her entourage to expose her bare boob in a group party photo.
