Employees of one of the biggest counties, just like the teachers, are yet to see their September salaries. This comes at a time when the county is under scrutiny for mismanagement of funds.
Ironically, some of the unpaid employees are busy defending the governor and the county online despite their empty bank accounts. So bad is their financial status that some are even unable to pay bills as little as Sh 3,000.
The governor of the said county has been accused of mismanaging county funds with scandalous reports from alleged auditors being released recently.
