Comedian Flaqo has taken to social media to address netizens who continually question him about whether he and his girlfriend, Keranta, are expecting their first child.
Addressing the matter via his Insta stories, the actor explained that for over one and a half years, he has dealt with individuals, including those personally known to him, questioning whether they are expectant or have already given birth to their first child.
According to Flaqo, his attempts to set the record straight bore no fruit, with more and more people approaching him on the same matter, leaving him with no choice but to address it publicly.
He stated, "Been over one and a half years, bado napata congratulatory messages every day, even from people who know me personally, strangers, and even some relatives. I stay wondering, hii mimba kwani iko bank inagain interest na me ndio nililoose interest? Watu waache hii mambo ya rumours buana. Not expecting any child," he said.
Relationship
Flaqo and Keranta officially announced their relationship in February 2023 after dating for three years. Their undeniable bond has inspired fans, with each of them not shying away from expressing their love for one another.
“Thanking God for all the good and the bad, and for making us imperfect. We share the same mindset, whether it's happy times, sad times, 'breakups,' makeups, or just being best friends. I'm grateful for having you by my side, the most understanding person, for all these years,” Flaqo said.
Although fans had already started speculating about their relationship due to their online chemistry and frequent hangouts, the duo initially insisted they were just friends collaborating on content.
However, despite their obvious love for each other, Flaqo said their relationship is not as rosy as many would want to assume.
“The happy times, sad times, the 'breakups,' the makeups…the bestie bestie periods...I just thank God for you for giving me the most understanding and my type of person by my side for years. All I ever wanted is a kalulu, year 3, and we still are kalulu. I love you so much and always will put God for us. Happy anniversary, Baby. To a lifetime of Happy Anniversaries,” he concluded.
