On Tuesday, Matt LeBlanc expressed his heartfelt condolences for his late friend Matthew Perry.

The "Friends" actor took to Instagram, sharing a collection of photos featuring himself and Matthew in character, along with a group hug snapshot of the cast, paying tribute to the actor who passed away last month at 54.

In his caption, set to the backdrop of "Rainbow Connection," LeBlanc expressed his farewell with a heavy heart: "Matthew, it's with deep sadness that I bid you goodbye. The moments we shared are truly among the most cherished of my life."

Continuing with heartfelt sentiments, he acknowledged the privilege of sharing the stage with Matthew and the lasting friendship they forged.

Ending on a light note, LeBlanc humorously added, "Spread your wings and fly, brother; you're finally free. Much love. And I suppose you're keeping the 20 bucks you owe me."

The bond between the two actors developed over their ten seasons on "Friends," where LeBlanc portrayed Joey Tribbiani and Matthew played Chandler Bing.

Reflecting on the close-knit relationships within the cast, LeBlanc emphasized, "We were more than just cast mates. We are a family."

In a joint statement released after Matthew’s passing, the entire cast shared their devastation and expressed the need for time to grieve and process the profound loss, promising to share more thoughts in the future.

“There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss,” read part of the statement.
