Exactly a year after he stirred up controversy online by introducing his then ‘bestie’ Michelle Wangari to the world, Jimal Rohosafi has taken to social media to celebrate her again, this time with an elevated status.

They now have a daughter and she (Wangari) is clearly the main chic, at the moment.

Through a post on Instagram, the businessman wished Wangari a happy 26th birthday and handed her a bouquet of flowers.

“Thank you honey,” wrote Wangari, who unlike her ‘predecessors’ steers clear of controversy.

Jimal has had a fair share of ups and downs in his relationships; first with Amira and then with socialite Amber Ray.

In February this year, he hinted at getting more babies with Wangari, whom he described as peaceful.

While speaking to a local radio station, Jimal said he had moved on from his exes and was focused on Wangari and the plans they had together.

“Huyo ndio baby girl. Ile ya wale wengine ni story sasa…ilipita…huko nishatoka na hatuongei kabisa…sijawablock lakini hatuongei.

“Tukiongea tunaongea mambo ya watoto pekee yake,” he said.

The flamboyant entrepreneur, who is well known for his opulence and love for the finest things in life, at one point questioned the motive of people in modern-day relationships.

Jimal insinuated that most relationships are founded on material things and finding genuine love is becoming harder by the day.

“When someone nowadays says I love you, know that 95% they want to use you.  It is hard to find someone genuine,” he wrote.

However, on Valentine’s Day, Jimal who initially intended to take a break from dating said he had fallen for Wangari who described their union was the best thing that happened.

In the photo captioned "Nilisema nitapenda after three years na nikama imenda haraka," which translates to "I said I would love after three years, but it seems to have happened quickly," the two, radiant with smiles, were seen gazing into each other's eyes.

Wangari reposted the same photo on her timeline, expressing her joy at the news.

She captioned it, "We are celebrating more than our Valentine's, the best decision we ever made was having you."
