A boda boda rider in Embakasi East district within Nairobi has landed in trouble after he was presented before the Makadara law courts for sexually assaulting a friend over a damaged motorcycle.
Wellington Ogola is accused of unlawfully forcing his manhood into the mouth of his friend (complainant) on diverse dates between February 14 and March 19 at his house.
He is also charged with assault against the complainant.
The charge states that the complainant had borrowed the motorbike belonging to Ogola. Unfortunately, he was involved in an accident and it got damaged.
This forced the complainant to repair it and while he was at it, the accused got impatient and broke into the complainant's house at night. He told him he has three options: pay him, complete repairing it, or please him sexually.
The complainant begged him to wait till morning so that he can complete the repairs. However, the accused is said to have grabbed the complainant's head and forced him to pleasure him.
Overwhelmed by his actions, the complainant alerted the neighbours.
For fear of being attacked, the accused ran away.
The complainant reported the matter and Ogola was arrested. He pleaded not guilty.
He was granted a bond of Sh500,000 pending a hearing on August 14.
