In the photos, a man who has since been identified as Godfrey Kimutai is seen down on one knee with a ring in hand.
In the background is a decor of flowers in a heart shape and the words "Will you marry me?" can be seen in part.
The floor of the room is decorated with petals of white and red roses as well as candles leading up to where Godfrey is down one knee proposing.
In another photo, the two can be seen standing perhaps to pose for a photo, while Toto is holding a bouquet.
Toto has kept her life private ever since she was thrust into the limelight after flooring political bigwigs to clinch the UDA ticket to run for Woman Representative in Bomet County in 2022.
In the August 2022 election, she won the seat with 242, 775 votes beating nine competitors in the race.
