Kenyan rapper King Kaka yesterday got Nigeria football legend Nwankwo Kanu to sign a retro Arsenal jersey for his wife, Nana Owiti.

The rapper, who travelled to Estonia two days ago posted pictures of himself and the ex-professional footballer on his social media platforms, accompanied by a video where he gets Kanu to sign a retro-yellow Arsenal jersey.

"So Nana Owiti has been eyeing this Arsenal Collector's Retro Jersey for a while now. Not only did I pull strings but pens as well, I got it and got an Arsenal Player to sign it @papilokanu. Thanks My Brother for this Historic Gift," read a post on his Twitter.

"Dear Fans, it's only right that I share this with you. I have been sick for 3 months 8 days now. I was misdiagnosed. Lost 33kgs and in the process we started hospital visits, did all the tests and they were Negative funny thing is I feel no pain and we are still hopeful that we will get the solution soon," narrated Kaka.

Speaking during an interview with Nana, King Kaka revealed it all started with a severe sore throat after a family trip to the coast, which deteriorated, prompting him to seek medical attention.

"My skin became abnormally smooth and I realised I had lost weight," said King Kaka.

He also spoke about lying to Nana about the amount of weight he had lost to keep her worries at bay. At this point, he had started coughing and his trousers could no longer fit. He revealed that he would sweat profusely at night, which left the couple worried.

Recovery:

They sought medical attention, with Nana staying by the rapper's side through his recovery.

She lauded him for his endurance and persistence throughout his illness, recalling recalled nights they would pray beside their bed, despite the uncertainty surrounding his health.
