Social media influencer Diana Marua has expressed her amazement at how her nanny, Irene Nekesa, manages to take care of her kids and still command a huge following on social media.

Appreciating Irene for attracting 50k followers on Instagram, Diana admitted that she still ensures all the house duties are sorted and her kids well taken care of.

The mother of three urged Irene to continue growing her brand and even requested her fans to check Irene's page and appreciate her for the work well done.

"I don't know how you manage to keep my house clean and in order, my babies happy and healthy and you still manage to Slay on this Instagram Streets @IRENENEKESA31. Congratulations for 50K Followers on your page. Tengeneza brand kabisa. I am blessed to have you as my domestic manager," wrote Diana.

In the past, Diana opened up about how grateful she was to have Irene as her domestic manager. As a token of appreciation, the social media influencer gifted her a brand new smartphone for easier social media access.

"This day video is for my nanny. Her name is Irene. Most of you might have seen her in our reality show. Irene has been amazing and has done exceptionally well at taking care of our family. As in this human being literally holds it down for my family. Makes sure that my babies are well taken care of, we eat proper food… she does everything to perfection. Today I have decided to appreciate her for the good work she has been doing," said Diana in a previous YouTube video.

That's not all. A few months ago, Diana treated both her house managers to a salon date where they had their hair and nails done.

"Today I have brought my bosses out because you know what, these people take care of me, not even my babies, me. As you all know, I was unwell and these two people did everything on their own to ensure I got better. I want to treat them out. They do all of the house work so I want them to get a good facial, scrub… everything," she said.

According to Diana, for an employer to have a healthy relationship with their house manager, they need to treat them with respect, love, and care.

This way, parents are sure their children are in safe hands when they leave them under the nanny's care.

"You leave your children behind and your nanny takes care of them. Human nature, you do not expect to treat her rudely and expect her to treat your child right. Very few can show love to your child even when you are rude. Treat them as your own and you will never worry about your child," she said.
