The Council of Governors (CoG) has issued an apology after sharing a graphic tweet through their official Twitter account.
The CoG’s twitter account retweeted a woman's presumed conversation during intimacy, leaving a section of tweeps mortified.
“Say my name. Moan. Tell me how it feels. Tell me what you like. Tell me how much you like it. Look into my eyes and smile and say 'hi.’ I love that sh**” the retweeted post read.
Our follow-up revealed that the twitter user was responding to a tweet on ‘talking during s3x.’
Despite the CoG’s account administrators deleting the post, quick Kenyans had already taken screenshots, prompting an apology which has since been deleted too.
In the apology, the admins said they ‘have regained control’ of the twitter handle, raising questions on whether it was hacked.
“We sincerely apologise for the inappropriate retweet through our twitter handle. We have regained control of our handle and have put proper measures to ensure that this does not occur again,” the apology read.
Kenyans reacted to the mishap:
@kikiwemo CoG better pay off all our debts for that retweet.
