James Mbugua, the famous 'Mathwiti na Makeki' boy from Ndumberi, Kiambu County is one lucky lad.
Barely a month after being hosted on comedian Chipukeezy’s show “The Funny Truth 4” and being branded Valentine’s Cake House brand ambassador, James has landed himself a fully paid education scholarship.
The scholarship which was offered by JamboPay CEO, Danson Muchemi, will cover James’s education from his current class up to University level.
An excited Chipukeezy announced the news on his Instagram page thanking everyone who made an effort to support the young soul.
“CEO of @jambopay who promised to take care of his school fees from his current class upto the university level,” part of his post read.

Apart from Jumbo Pay CEO Danson Muchemi, a good number of well-wishers have come to James’s aid including Nyali MP Mohammed Ali and Dennis Itumbi who even promised a meet up with the Deputy President this week.
Multi Choice also pledged to give 100k to support the young boy.
In February this year, Kameme FM’s presenter Muthee Kiengei wa Watoria also visited James at his home and gifted him with several items including clothes, food, drinks, a bike and a massive cake.
