The sky is the limit for 24-year-old Ruena Kiarie who bagged her first TV role as Nancy in the new and hot KTN drama, Socialites.
The journalism student at Multimedia University had before the audition been running her online business selling eyelashes and other accessories, which she does not intend to stop even with her busy schedule.
“It’s a challenge to balance acting, working at Ruena Glamour Eyelashes & Accessories and school, but I manage because it keeps me inspired and I get so much satisfaction from hustling,” says Riuena, who has done a few modelling jobs before.
“And I’m already getting calls for adverts and other acting jobs.”
