Octopizzo schools US rapper Nas over ‘third world’ comment

News
 Octopizzo and Nas.

Kenyan rapper Octopizzo has called US rapper Nas over comments he made regarding third world countries.

While mourning rapper Nipsey Hussle who was shot multiple times on Sunday at close range, Nas likened the hatred among African Americans to that experienced in third world countries.

“It’s dangerous to have money. Dangerous to be a black man. So much hatred. We live like our brothers and sisters in third world countries live. Right in America,” part of Nas’ post read.

Octopizzo did not take the comments lying low as he asked Nas to visit Africa for a first-hand view of how life is like.

According to Octo, Western media is misrepresenting Africa by painting it as a violent place.

“This was a dope caption till you said “brothers and sisters in the third world.” All we do her is spread love and try to come together to address social injustice and advocate for equality.

“You need to take a trip down to any country in Africa and see the difference, don’t believe on the “violence” and misrepresentation that the western media give Africa.

“We have problems yes which are mostly orchestrated by greedy tribalistic politicians but we don’t have “black on black” gun violence. It’s time all you guys come back home and investing a place of love. RIP Nipsey Hussle,” Octo’s post read.

How’s that for a response?
